CHILDREN OF GRACE
Fellowship’s security policy reflects our desire to protect our children
and our adult teachers/volunteers. We utilize Children of Grace Security
Check Point which is a computerized check-in and check-out system that
enables a family to leave their children in a secured environment. Families
are issued a key card with an ID number represented by a bar code.
Location of Check-in Stations:
• One in the main Foyer at the Children’s Information Booth
• Four in the Children’s Center
• Two in the Family Center
• Three in the Preschool Center
• Elementary children must be checked in upstairs.
• Allergies and special instructions can be added to the
name tag at the Grace check-in station.
IF WE NEED A PARENT:
• If you are needed during the service, we will display the number of your key tag (or visitor’s temporary number)
on the paging boards over each exit in the Worship Center. We will page the parent if a child fusses steadily
for more than 10 minutes, becomes ill or feverish, is causing an extreme discipline problem, or is injured.
CHECK-OUT & PICK-UP
• Parents scan their family tag (or visitor’s temporary tag) again at a check-out station at the end of the worship
hour to receive a receipt.
• You only need to scan once even for multiple children. The computer will automatically print receipts for all
children who have been checked-in.
• Please give your receipt to your child’s teacher to pick up your child.
• The receipt is checked by the teacher and the child’s name tag is removed before the child is
released to the parent.
• Please be considerate of our volunteers getting to worship on time by picking up your child as
soon as the service is over. We appreciate your promptness!
